Frequently Asked Questions
In all cases, what you see in the image is what you are ordering. When the item has been purchased it will be removed from the product listings. Reviews shown are for directly comparable products. If, by chance multiple orders are made for the same product before it has been removed the primary order will be fulfilled. The buyer making the subsequent order will be contacted and offered an alternative or the option to wait for a similar piece to be created.
Due to my processes the fabric is strong, holds its shape and yet it still feels quite soft to touch. Over time, items such as cuff bracelets become softer due to being in an area more prone to wear and tear as well as repeated fastening/unfastening.
Tested items have continued to be wearable beyond four years of regular use.
I aim to package and dispatch your items by the next working day where orders are received before 6pm. Orders received after this time will be treated as a pre 12 noon order for the following working day. In such cases, next day delivery options would begin from the next working day. Where new items need to be created an additional 2-3 working days may be required but you will be notified by email of an expected delivery date in these cases. Please contact me for advice if you are unsure at email@example.com
Caring for your Jewellery
The techniques I use in creating your unique jewellery mean that there may be occasional loose threads.
You should avoid prolonged contact with water or excessive sweating to preserve the strength of the fabric. It is, therefore, not recommended to wear items whilst showering, bathing or whilst taking part in sports. Odd splashes whilst hand washing or when raining are fine.
Colours have not been found to fade during testing of products since 2013.
Products have not been found to rip or tear under normal wear but, as with any textile product, if placed under extreme tension, the fabric or stitching can break. Equally, it could be possible to mend a broken item. Contact me for advice and a quote in this case at firstname.lastname@example.org
Package & Postage
The postage options and pricing are guided by the Royal Mail Group Ltd (http://www.royalmail.com/personal/sending-mail). If prices increase I will honour the postage price quoted and paid when ordering, until I have made amendments online. Packaging is included within this calculation.
Tracked and/or signed for options are offered for your peace of mind.
I will notify you by e-mail of your tracking number, where 'tracked postage' is selected. For 'signed for' options I will notify you when your parcel has been dispatched.
Next day delivery is available where purchases are made before 12 noon.
Where new products need to be created there may be an additional 2-3 working days to wait to allow for making (mostly in the case of earring colour options).
